Purpose
The purpose of the Skokomish Tribal Gaming Commission is regulatory in nature.  The Commission will conduct oversight to ensure compliance with applicable tribal, federal and state law and regulation.  The Commission will serve as the licensing authority for all Gaming facilities and operations, individuals employed in Gaming and persons doing business with Gaming facilities and operations within the jurisdiction of the Skokomish Tribe.  The Commission will monitor compliance with Internal Controls for all Gaming operations and have enforcement authority for all licensing and compliance matters under the Commission’s jurisdiction.
